Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.

Within this period, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Proof of purchase will also be required.
